Yet it might happen that, once you have received our service, you still have a doubt, or (in respect of letters and contracts) you desire a change or an add.

In order to go towards your exigencies, we offer you our custom made service guarantee, that assure you the possibility of obtaining exactly the service that you desired to receive.

ADVICES

Within six months from the reception of our advice, you will be able to request us up to five explanation or clarification on the answer to your query prepared by our consultant.
You will receive the requested clarification for free within few days.

CONTRACTS AND LETTERS

Within six months from the reception of the contract or letter, you will be able to request the changes and adds that you will consider as necessary, within a maximum limit of six.
Our consultant will agree with you the requested changes, always making them comply with the law, and will send you within a very short time the letter or the contract, emended and completed.
The changes and adds (maximum six) will be supplied to you for free.

If after six months you will anyhow have the exigency to change or modify the contract you have received from us, request it to us, mentioning our reference code for the contract. We will apply to you a very reduced fee, reserved to those clients of our that need to update their contracts.
