If I ask for an estimate, shall I then pay anything?
ANSWER
Absolutely not! Every time you request an estimate, you do not undertake any obligation.
After you will have sent your query, you will receive our estimate at the e-mail address you will have stated (or on your fax if you will have requested it). Completely for free. You absolutely shall not pay anything for our estimate.
QUESTION
If I ask for an estimate, am I then obliged to accept your consultancy service?
ANSWER
No. Requesting an estimate, you do not undertake any obligation and you are not bind in any way towards us.
Only if you will expressly accept our offer, sending us the estimate signed for its acceptance, you shall pay the amount stated in the estimate.
QUESTION
Should, once I have received your estimate, I have any doubt or should I need any clarification or further details, will I be able to ask you the explanations I need, before accepting your offer?
ANSWER
You can contact us at any time to ask for a clarification: before you request us an estimate, after we have sent it to you, and after you have accepted our offer.
We make any effort to give all the useful information on our site and in the communications we send to our clients. But we cannot succeed every time in giving an answer to all the doubts or curiosity of those who want to entrust us.

QUESTION
Shall the payment be performed before I send you the acceptance of your offer, or can I pay also later?
Can I pay after I have received your service?
ANSWER
The payment can be done either before you send us the acceptance of our estimate, or after. In the first case, the payment slip shall be sent jointly with the acceptance. In the second case it shall be sent later, stating on it the estimate number to which the payment refers.
The service you have requested us will be worked out only after you will have sent us the payment slip (or any other document attesting the payment). Therefore it is not possible to pay after you have received the service.
Notwithstanding this, you benefit of our Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee, according to which, should the advice, contract or letter contain an inexactness regarding one qualifying point of the document, you will be entitled to request the full reimbursement of the paid amount and to obtain newly the requested service, correct and for free.
Anyhow, until now it has never happened that one of our clients has found an inexactness in one of our services.
QUESTION
Should I need an explanation, a clarification, or should I have any doubt once I have received your advice, can I ask you the information I need?
Can I request changes to the contract, after I have received it?
ANSWER
Within six months from the date you will have received our advice, you will be entitled to request us up to five clarifications or specifications, that we will provide to you for free.
Within six months from the date you will have received our contract (or letter), you will be entitled to request up to six integrations or changes to the said documents (as far as they are allowed by the law), that we will provide to you for free.

QUESTION
How long will it take to receive the advice I request you?
ANSWER
In the estimate you will find stated the time limit within which you will receive the advice (or the contract or the letter). Very often you will receive your service before the expiration of the said term.
We try hard to give a very quick service, as we understand that it is fundamental for you to receive a prompt solution to your problem. Generally the queries of our clients are worked out within 24 or 48 hours.
Still, when we shall face a very complex legal problem, the time to work it out might be longer. In fact we strongly believe that the quality of the service we are offering you is more important than celerity.
We take care of your interests, and we prefer to let you wait a bit longer, but to provide you with a service that will really help you solving your problem.
Finally, please, remember that the term stated in the estimate will start running in the moment we will receive all the documents we have requested to you.
QUESTION
How will you send me the contract?
ANSWER
The contract (or the letter or the advice) will be sent to you as attachments to an e-mail. You will receive it in PDF format (portable document format), readable with Acrobat Reader, freeware program that can be downloaded from Adobe site.
Alternatively, should you have requested it, you will receive it via fax. In this case you will be charged with a sending fee equal to EUR 2,50 for the first 10 pages, and to EUR 1,50 for the following 10.
