Protecting the confidential nature of the data you have sent us is a serious commitment for us. Any detail that you will have given us will remain strictly confidential.

Your data will be used to prepare an estimate only, and, should you accept our offer, to provide you with the requested service.
For this purpose, they will be collected, stored and processed both by means of electronic apparatus and not, only to process your query.
The said data will never be disclosed, and will be communicated to our consultants only, and only to carry out the assignment we have appointed them with, and consisting in preparing the service you have requested.

If you will not accept our offer within 30 days from the sending of the estimate, all the details you will have given us will be deleted.
If, on the contrary, you will have accepted our services, we will keep your data stored for ten years from the sending of the advice, contract or letter.

At any time you will be allowed to request us, sending an e-mail at info@legalconsultancy.it, if we have in our archives details regarding you, and which they are, and to request us to update, correct or modify them, as well as to delete those data that, at the date, we are not entitled to keep anymore.

The data processing titular is L.N.M. Consulting s.a.s., the data processing responsible person is Avv. Luca Mazza.

If you will decide to use our services, you will be requested to sign, jointly with the estimate for its acceptance, the information on personal data processing and to authorize the processing of your data, even sensible where applicable, for the stated purposes.
